What everyone should know about us...
Along side our regular supply lines we often source stock from company liquidations, business restructuring and wholesale suppliers - our hard drives, for example, come direct from the manufacturer.
Our buying power enables us to offer our products at what we hope is the best value available on the web, we keep our costs down to enable us to offer our products at the best available price. If you have found anything cheaper elsewhere online please let us know - we will do our best to beat any like for like price.
We are a VAT Registered Business so you will receive a VAT Invoice with any purchase - our VAT Number is 934 6093 14
Payment Policy
We accept payment by Debit / Credit Card or you can pay via Google Checkout or PayPal, Direct / Online Bank Transfer. If payment is made before 2pm by card we will endeavor to send your order the same day.
Bank transfer payments take 3 working days to arrive in our account.
For those not so keen on internet banking then you can pay cash over the counter in to our Nationwide account - we will then try and ship the same day too. Please phone if you require our account details.
Card payments are processed by Google Checkout with authorisation passed to us within 1 hour. If your order is authorised by Google before 3pm we will send it the same day.
Delivery Information
We do try to get our items out the same day as payment arrives - we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (3 - 5 day service, included in shown prices) & Royal Mail Special Nextday Delivery (just £4.95) - we have a Royal Mail Collection (Mon - Fri) at 2pm.
We may use other delivery services as is deemed fit for the order.
All UK orders qualify for price inclusive Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - the address we send to must be in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales.
Delivery to the countries within Europe is £11.95 - applies to orders up to 2KG (please contact us to confirm)
We do send to other countries but please contact us for postage charges.
DUE TO INSURANCE AND SECURITY REASONS WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY COLLECTIONS.
Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the Recorded delivery date. Any product returned must be unused and in the condition it was supplied, if it was supplied in sealed packaging then it must be returned sealed as it was supplied.
For any items found to be faulty we will inspect and if found to be defective either repair and return, replace or refund.
In all cases a refund will only be processed if the item is returned to us with 14 days of delivery. Your product may be covered by a manufacturer warranty past this period.
Refunds are processed quickly - we don't like to keep you waiting for your cash.
